Julie was great. We were rejected from another company but insurance surgery helped get us a cover swiftly! 09/05 - Thanks for your reply. One point I will raise is sometimes going through the questions, doing it all over the phone was a bit difficult at times, especially if someone's first language isn't English, or if someone prefers reading information than listening to it, or someone who is hearing impaired etc - I hope you look into an option where the advisors can share their screen when answering questions.

Due to some pre-existing conditions I thought I wouldn't find a quote for life insurance but I've had an amazing experience with The Insurance Surgery. Could not recommend The Insurance Surgery enough! Suzie provided an amazing service, I had been trying to get cover for years and nobody would provide me with life insurance due to my past medical history. Suzie managed to find my husband and I quotes and have them set up within 2 days. Suzie even managed to find cover for my husband at a much cheaper rate than he been quoted on comparison sites. What an incredible service! I would absolutely recommend the insurance surgery. I was struggling to get insurance applications accepted which caused significant stress as talking about medical/ mental health history and struggles can be very traumatic. As soon as I reached out to the insurance surgery, they acted promptly (calling within an hour) and so informative. Karl Waterhouse acted with such reassurance and sensitivity and completely transformed a difficult scenario into one in which I felt at ease, no judgement and explained everything so thoroughly.

I dealt with Julie, who was friendly and knowledgeable all the way through the process. I have had an organ transplant and so found it virtually impossible to get any cover. Julie worked with me and although the process took some time, got it all sorted for me. If you are struggling to get cover due to pre existing health conditions then I cannot recommend them enough.

Sam provided me with several options for available types of cover explaining the benefits of each. Yes, there were lots of questions to answer during my telephone interview but this beats form filling at home. I would suggest some preparation beforehand regarding questions relating to health and lifestyle to reduce time spent on the call or calls if needed. What can i say? Absolutely fantastic service from the first interaction, to the last. For those that have medical conditions, im sure will know how hard it must be to find insurance. I heard about The insurance Surgery, and spoke Alex, who was very professional, and assured me they will find the right insurance for me and not to worry. Within a couple of days Alex came back to me and said, its all sorted, we have found a suitable insurer.
